Aarghh!

He's not starting AGAIN! Dan's had him running each time he's been here, but we haven't tried starting him this week until today - and now he's not working again. We tried jump starting him, and he is turning over, but not firing up. I am so frustrated, and also really feeling the pressure - this was all my idea and is therefore all my fault...

And I haven't had great luck with the welders today either. When we agreed to the welders doing the work, we said we would book it in for the first two weeks of April. Anyway, I called Carl today and he sounded very vague indeed about when or whether he would get to it. We agreed that we would bring it in on the 4th, with the hope that they can get some work done before the weekend, but probably not til next week.

We are also going to have to tow him there, if it stays like this...

As if I wasn't stressed anough, Kirsten called today to check our timescales, hoping to be able to get to the welders soon to film some work taking place. Let's hope something good happens soon.

  1. Stated object was to have something for holidays. The cost would have bought a luxury 6 berth caravan with awning s/h. If had to be independent then a s/h Winnebago or similar. Note no provision for toilet or for washing. No privacy. Very awkward to get out of your berth to visit a site toilet.
